💸 Rutba Fashion Abaya – Refund & Exchange Policy

 

At Rutba Fashion Abaya, every abaya is custom-made with care and precision to match your measurements and design preferences.
Because each piece is tailored especially for you, we maintain a strict no-refund policy, while still offering fair exchange and alteration options within the UAE.


🚫 Strictly No Refund Policy

All items at Rutba Fashion Abaya are made to order.
We do not provide refunds once an order has been placed — this includes custom abayas, hand-worked designs, and sale items.

When you place an order, our tailors immediately begin preparing your fabric and pattern to your exact specifications. This personalized process makes returns or refunds impossible once the tailoring begins.


🔁 Exchange Policy (UAE Orders Only)

We gladly offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order — but only for customers within the UAE.
Currently, there is no exchange option available for international orders outside the UAE.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The product should be in the same condition as delivered.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

🧵 Alterations & Size Adjustments

Since every abaya is made to your personal measurements, sometimes minor adjustments may be needed.
We offer the following alteration options:

1️⃣ If the abaya feels loose:
We can alter and resize it for you for AED 75 (including delivery charges).

2️⃣ If the abaya is too small:
A new piece will be created for you. Stitching and delivery charges of AED 140 will apply.

These alteration services apply only within the UAE. International customers may contact us for personalized solutions.


🏷️ Sale & Promotional Items

  • Sale or discounted abayas are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Ready-to-wear items are also non-exchangeable.

  • Only full-priced custom orders qualify for exchange consideration.


🚚 Exchange Process & Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for any exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, delivery time for your exchanged abaya may vary.

If your abaya is found defective or damaged upon delivery, we will replace it free of charge once proof is provided.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • No exchanges are accepted during Sale or Eid Promotions.

  • Exchange approval is subject to inspection by our quality team.

  • We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration by another tailor.
