At Rutba Fashion Abaya, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure delivery for all our custom abayas and modest fashion pieces.
Please read the details below for our UAE and GCC shipping terms, delivery times, and cancellation rules.

🇦🇪 Shipping Within the United Arab Emirates

We proudly deliver abayas and modest wear across all Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

• All UAE orders are processed within 15 business days from the confirmation date.

• Shipments are delivered through trusted local courier partners at a flat delivery fee of AED 30.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with no additional service charge.

• Once your abaya is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your order in real time.

• Typical domestic delivery time after dispatch is 1–2 working days.

For best results, please ensure your contact number and address are accurate at checkout.

🌍 International Shipping (GCC Orders)

We currently offer international delivery to the following GCC countries:
Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait.

• International orders are processed within 18 working days after payment confirmation.

• Cash on Delivery is not available for international customers.

• Estimated delivery time is 15–18 days, depending on the customs process and local courier schedules.

• Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, size, and destination.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

💰 Delivery & Shipping Costs

• UAE Orders: Flat rate of AED 30 for all local deliveries.

• International Orders: Calculated automatically at checkout according to destination and weight.

• Shipping fees are collected along with your order payment and represent the final shipping cost — no hidden fees.

Our aim is to make abaya delivery in UAE and GCC as transparent, affordable, and timely as possible.

🕒 Processing & Dispatch Timeline

• Orders are generally dispatched within 7–10 business days after receiving payment.

• We operate Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM, excluding UAE public holidays.

• Ready-to-wear abayas may be dispatched earlier, while custom abayas might take extra time due to tailoring and quality checks.

🏠 Changing Your Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our team before your order has been shipped.
Once dispatched, changes to delivery details are unfortunately not possible.

🚨 Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order takes longer than expected, please reach out to us immediately at info@rutbafashionabaya.com.
Our customer service team will investigate with the courier and provide an update promptly.

📦 Damaged Parcels or Delivery Issues

If you notice visible damage when your parcel arrives, please refuse the package and notify us at once.
If the parcel was received in your absence, kindly email contact@rutbafashion.com with images and your order details so we can assist.

🧾 Taxes & Import Duties

• All prices on our website include UAE VAT.

• For international orders, import duties and customs taxes are pre-paid — you won’t have to pay any extra charges upon delivery.

❌ Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations only before dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it as it has already entered the fulfillment process.
