🔒 NO REFUND POLICY
Rutba Fashion Abaya does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
All sales are considered final once the order is confirmed.
🔄 EXCHANGE POLICY (UAE Orders Only)
Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date you receive your order.
Currently, exchanges are only available within the UAE.
International orders are not eligible for exchange at this time.
Conditions for Exchange
Since each abaya is custom-made to your measurements, fabric, and design preferences, we do not keep ready-made stock.
Once your order is placed, fabrics are sourced and tailored specifically for you.

If the abaya feels loose, we can alter and resize it for a fee of AED 75 (includes delivery).

If the abaya is too tight, we will create a new piece for you with AED 130 stitching charges (includes delivery).
To qualify for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Sale or promotional items and ready-to-wear products are not eligible for exchange.
💬 Shipping for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when returning an item for exchange.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and delivery address.
🧵 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@rutbafashionabaya.com within 7 days.
We will replace such items free of charge after review and confirmation.
